Data Deletion

You can request deletion of personal data associated with GetStore and with Meta apps that use GetStore as a tech provider.

Delete a GetStore account or shop data

  1. Log in to the GetStore customer portal.
  2. Open your store settings or contact support from Contact.
  3. Ask to close the account / delete shop data. We will confirm by email.

Delete data from Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp login

If you connected GetStore via Meta, you can also use Facebook’s app settings to request data deletion. Meta will call our automated endpoint; we return a confirmation code you can check below.

Check a deletion request status

If Meta gave you a confirmation code, open:

Or email the code to support via Contact.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless law requires longer retention (for example invoices).
